سياسة الخصوصية Privacy Policy

نجمع المعلومات التالية عند استخدامك للتطبيق: We collect the following information when you use the app:

• الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف عند التسجيل Name, email address, and phone number upon registration
• الموقع الجغرافي لتقديم الخدمات في منطقتك Geographic location to provide services in your area
• تفاصيل طلبات الخدمة وتاريخ المعاملات Service request details and transaction history
• معلومات الجهاز ورمز FCM لإرسال الإشعارات Device information and FCM token for push notifications
• التقييمات والمراجعات التي تقدمها Ratings and reviews you submit

يطلب التطبيق الأذونات التالية: The app requests the following permissions:

يمكنك إلغاء هذه الأذونات في أي وقت من إعدادات هاتفك، وإن كان ذلك قد يؤثر على بعض وظائف التطبيق. You can revoke these permissions at any time from your phone settings, though this may affect some app functionality.

نتخذ إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة لحماية بياناتك، بما في ذلك: We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide services. When you delete your account, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر. سنخطرك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو إشعار داخل التطبيق. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغييرات يعني قبولك للسياسة المحدّثة. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
